Amritsar to Gurudwaras Tour
Day 1: Arrival Amritsar
Morning arrival at Amritsar Airport/Railway Station, receive & transfer to hotel for check in. After breakfast Sight seeing of Amritsar visiting Golden Temple the hoiliest shrines for the Sikhs which is a blend of Hindu and Muslims architecture following, and then visit Jallianwala Bagh, The Jallianwala Bagh is a public garden which houses a memorial to commemorate the massacre of peaceful celebrators by the British forces. Evening explore the market of Amritsar which is famous for its traditional handicraft and handloom products including phulkari, lacquered woodwork, jewelry etc. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2: Local Gurudwara Tour
After breakfast proceed for full day Gurdwara Yatra around Amritsar starting from Gurdwara Shri Tarn Taran Sahib (25 Kms from Amrisar) established by the fifth guru, Guru Arjan Dev. It is situated in the city of Tarn Taran Sahib, It has the distinction of having the largest sarovar (Water pond) of all the gurudwaras. Then Visit Khadoor Sahib (15 Kms from Tarn Taran)- Sri Khadur Sahib was the family home of second Guru Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji. Then proceed to Goindwal Sahib (10 Kms from Khadur Sahib) to visit Gurdwara Shri Baoli Sahib- This was the first centre of Sikhism and was established by Sri Guru Amar Das Ji. Evening back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure
After breakfast free till check – out time of hotel & transfer to Airport / Railway station for onward journey.
